Why retail stores sign in this way

Most store staff don’t have a company email. An employee ID and a four-digit PIN work for everyone, including people hired last week.
Training often happens on a shared tablet in the back room. The device is locked to one store, so staff see only that store’s training. It signs each person out after their session.
People who want to learn on their own phone scan the store’s QR code once and stay signed in.

Why schools sign in this way

Older students already have school Google or Microsoft accounts. They sign in with those, so there are no new passwords to forget, and the district stays in control of the accounts.
Young children can’t reliably type a password. The teacher’s class page shows the class list, and each child taps their name and their secret picture. This works on classroom tablets.
Class codes let a teacher add a student to a new class without waiting for IT.
Parents get an emailed sign-in link and see only their own children’s work.

Why we built it

Writing a course from a document can take weeks, and keeping it current and making sure people finish it takes even longer. As a result, training falls behind the business. Teachers spend their evenings writing quizzes, and managers find out that a procedure changed only after something goes wrong.

We built Zugya to take that work off people’s plates. The AI drafts courses, answers learners’ questions, grades assessments and keeps track of deadlines. People decide what is correct and what gets published.

About this statement

This statement explains how Zugya collects and uses personal information through this website, zugya.ai. We have kept it short and written it in plain language.

It does not cover the Zugya learning platform itself. When a company, school or academy uses Zugya to train its people, that organization decides how its learners’ information is used, and its agreement with us sets out how we handle that information. If you use Zugya as a learner, your organization’s privacy policy applies.

The information we collect

When you contact us

Our contact form asks for your name, work email address and organization. It also asks how many people would use Zugya, what you would like from us and which kind of training you run. You can add a message if you wish. We collect only what you choose to send.

When you visit the website

Like most websites, our web servers automatically record basic technical information about each visit. This includes your IP address, the type of browser you use, the pages you request and the date and time of the request. We use this information only to keep the website running and secure.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.

Fonts from Google

To display text in our brand typeface, the website loads the Manrope font from Google Fonts. When this happens, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address. You can read how Google handles this information in Google’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to reply to your message, arrange a demo, prepare a quote and follow up about your enquiry. We use technical information about visits to keep the website working and to protect it from misuse. We may also use information where the law requires us to.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping our website secure. Where you ask us for a demo or a quote, we also process your information to take the steps you have asked for before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and manage enquiries, such as our hosting provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is sold or merged.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up. After that, we delete them unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer. We keep server records only for a short period, for security purposes.

How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted connection, so information you send through the contact form is protected in transit. Only the people who need your information to respond to you can access it.

Children

This website is intended for adults who are choosing training software for their organization. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Information about students who use Zugya through their school is handled under our agreement with that school.

Priced per location

You pay a yearly fee for each store or site. Each location can have as many staff as it needs.

Why: Store teams change often. Because you pay per location, new hires and seasonal staff never add to the bill.
Who pays: Head office can pay for every location, or each franchise owner can pay for their own stores.
Setup: We set up your regions, franchisees and stores, connect your HR or scheduling system and prepare shared store devices.

Schools and districts

Priced per student, per year

You pay a yearly fee for each enrolled student. Teachers, staff and parents are included at no extra cost.

Why: Schools budget by enrollment and by school year, so pricing follows the same pattern.
Licenses: Available for a single school or a whole district, on annual or multi-year terms.
Setup: We connect your student information system, import classes and rosters and train your teachers.

Certification academies

A platform fee, plus a fee per enrollment

You pay a yearly fee for your academy and a fee for each candidate enrolled in a program.

Why: An academy’s income grows with enrollments, so its costs grow at the same pace. Quiet periods stay inexpensive.
Selling: If you sell programs through Zugya’s storefront, candidates pay you directly.
Setup: We set up your levels, assessments, exams and certificates and move your existing curriculum over.

Corporate training

Priced per active learner

You pay for each person who uses Zugya during the month. People with an account who don’t use it that month are not counted.

Why: Training is busier in some months than others. You pay only for the people who actually learn.
Partners: Academies for partners or customers are priced separately, based on the number of external learners.
Setup: We connect your directory and HR system, set up departments and roles and import the courses you already have.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a one-time setup fee, and your quote shows it alongside the yearly fee.

Do we pay extra for the AI agents?

No. All four agents are part of every plan.

Can we keep the courses we already have?

Yes. Zugya can import e-learning courses built in other tools, so your existing courses work alongside the ones the AI drafts.
